With Occupy movements popping up everywhere, we thought we might try our hands at an occupation. But instead of risking arrest on a street or a park, we'll be online, building tools to support the organizers and occupiers on the ground.

The Occupy groups have ideas for some cool organizing projects, but their capacity is mostly dedicated to building and maintaining crowds, not web tools. Enter: you. This is an opportunity for use your tech and new media skills to help the 99%. Join us at the New Organizing Institute this Saturday to connect with like minded people and build something new in the world.
